TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms & conditions set out below are to ensure the absolute safety of all participants of our activities, please ensure these conditions are strictly followed. We reserve the right to cancel any booking or remove any participant from training if we feel you may be a danger to the other participants. Please ensure you have read all these conditions prior to booking your class, if you do not agree with any one of these conditions please do not book.

You are here to enjoy your training in safe environment, so please be considerate to all participants. If you have any further questions please contact us.

  • If you are displaying any symptoms of Covid please do not attend our classes, if you think you may have symptoms after registration, please cancel the booking immediately and at least 24hrs before the class. If you cancel after this period you will not get a refund.

  • If you are recovering from Covid you will need to ensure a minimum 5 days of isolation have been completed and a negative test, before booking another class​​

 

  • Please exercise to your own abilities! We will always push you to the max, but the max is to YOUR full ability not anybody else's

  • If you are concerned or know that you may have a medical condition (e.g asthma) that may affect your training before you book our classes, you should seek prior medical advice.  Any injuries or limitations that you have must be disclosed to the Instructor on the day.

  • ​If you feel ill when training let us know immediately. Our instructors are not doctors but are first aid qualified

​

  • DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL prior to training. There are always risks when exercising and drinking alcohol before you train is not a great idea!!

​

  • No food, cupped drinks, or glass bottles (strictly No Alcohol) are allowed in the School, only plastic bottled soft drinks, and these must be removed from the hall when the class has finished

​

  • Please do not wear jewellery in the class as it may get damaged or lost. Any belongings brought in class are your responsibility, we are not liable for your lost, stolen or broken property

​

  • You are allowed to train in trainers or bare feet. If you wear trainers, please ensure they are clean and free from stones on the sole so as not to scratch the gym floor

​

  • Please note that you are parking on a School Site so there are limited car parking spaces available. Please park in the marked areas only and do not block any other cars or exits.  Please car share wherever possible. If you are parking on the street, do not park illegally as you may get towed or fined.

 

Refund Policy

​

  • If you fail to attend your booked session for whatever reason, or you are removed from a class due to behavior or under the influence, please do not ask for a refund as none will be given!

​

  • If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel as soon as possible, using the cancellation link provided on your email receipt.  If you cancel the booking, at least 24hrs prior to your booked class time, please contact us for a refund.

Data Protection:

Any Data collected is strictly for registration purposes only. We do not have access to any of your personal financial details, ie credit cards, as this payment is completed online via PayPal.  We do not share any data with any 3rd party companies whatsoever and will only use your contact details for promotional deals or to contact you if required.

​

VarsaniTKD or any of its instructors will not be held liable for any accidents or incidents that occur while training, through no fault of our own.
